1.goma de cal
2.extracto del palmera del acerca(una especie de palmera)
3.semillas de hinojo
4.papaya
5.goma de (pétalo de la rosa + azucar + miel)
6.nueces de betel + almendra + pistacho
7.higo + almendra
8.anacardos
9.caramelo de jengibre
10.orozuz(bueno para la garganta)
11.menta + azucar + papel de plata
Los ingredientes agregan a la hoja del betel.La hoja se dobla en forma triangular y se asegura perforándola con un palillo.

Let me introduce you to an unique indian delicacy called "Paan" made from a betel creeper leaf. Paan is the hindi word for the betel leaf."Paan" es la palabra del Hindi (lengua nacional de la India). It is served as a sign of hospitality to your guest at the end of an Indian meal and ceremonies such as weddings and receptions. It is an astringent and is believed to help in clearing the system and also act as a mouth refreshner.
There are many types of paan , the most famous being "meetha paan" which means "sweet paan" and this is how it is made within seconds.

Ingredients:
1.lime
2.extract from Acerca palm tree
3.Fennel seeds
4.papaya fruit
5.rose petal + sugar + honey
6.betel nuts +dry fruits(badam + pista)
7.Fig +almond
8.cashew
9.Ginger candy
10.Athimadhuram (herb)(good for throat congestion)
11.mint+sugar+silver foils
The mixture is added on the betel leaf.The leaf is folded into a triangular shape and secured by piercing a toothpick.
