Spanish Grammar - Adverbial Conjunctions

I would like to introduce you to some of the commonly used conjunctions in spanish.Ah wait.. but what exactly is a conjunction, I learnt them during my primary school let me recollect.
A conjunction could be a word which links words or phrases. It would give you the answers for why, or, but, when and because i.e y , o, pero,cuando and porque respectively.

Some of the conjunctions that I could think of are
